i filed a claim but it returned as disregarded
i sent an email which came back with a similar resposne to this one, so i sent another one saying that file claim option didnt work and i also attached my uid, username and everything else (pics)
i also posted on the subreddit but im yet to get a reply
please wait patiently for it.
