hacker account?

My account was stolen two years ago, and I have all the information in full. I have the email, I have the phone number that was linked to the account, I have purchase receipts, I have the date and time of the cancellation of the links by the hacker, and I requested to recover the account, but to no avail. I got rejected more than once. You did something incorrectly when... You put the questions in the refund period for only six months. try to add : uc recipts from midasbuy( in customer support) the date and time you last logged in the device u used to login what login method u used what device did the hacker use and what link did he hack and all the other information you can add (am telling this from what i used to recover my friends lost account)
