Hi @cryptogee. I'm kapa.ai, your friendly support bot. I will try to answer your question by searching through the knowledge base.

Yes, you can start with the full OpenSaaS template and remove the parts you don't need. The code for the Admin Dashboard, for example, is located in
src/client/admin
. However, please note that currently, Wasp doesn't support splitting the main.wasp
file into separate files, but this feature is planned for a future update.
Here's the relevant conversation from the Discord support thread:
Community Member 8: Hey Community Member 102I would get the template in full and remove the parts of open SaaS you donβt need
Community Member 49: okay thank you, i'll try like this.Do you know where can i find codes of the forms etc.. that i can see in admin dashboard on opensaas?
Community Member 8: yeah! all the Admin Dashboard code is in src/client/admin
And the discussion about splitting the main.wasp
file:
Community Member 8: YES this is coming in a future update but isn't possible at the moment π¦ Community Member 9: 100% agree! As Community Member 10 mentioned, this is one of the features we'll be tackling next.It sounds straightforward, but it also opens the questions of (sub)modules, imports etc, so that's why we want to take enough time to refine this. Recent changes of v0.12 put the foundations for all this in place π Sources: Discord support thread: how to start (https://discord.com/channels/686873244791210014/1220792321805647872), Discord support thread: Can I split up the main.wasp file into seperate files (https://discord.com/channels/686873244791210014/1216264399552122922) ---------------------- Note: you can ask me a follow up question by @ mentioning me again :speech_balloon: ---------------------- Sorry @cryptogee, I seem to be having a bit of trouble. Don't worry though, I've pinged my support and they will try to fix me up! :technologist: Perhaps try again in 15mins?
No problem, thanks π

If you tag Kapa, you need to ask it something so it would respond π
The message "I seem to be having a bit of trouble" is some sort of a bug in Kapa and it keeps repeating but the bot is working ifne.
Hey, im looking to using opensaas but i dont want any of the features, AI scheduler, tasks etc, do i just delete from the main.wasp file? The answer is yes! π it's just a Wasp template which you can modify in any way you see fit, delete stuff, add stuff, modify stuff... and you can make it work for your use case the best!
