rue porter quality is pretty good, but i prefer LA Apparel for sure
I'm sure you can find a local distributor that carries it at wholesale prices
My suggestion would be to just go to the best X for $X guide in #fashion-guides and go find what you are looking for. The majority of the recommended brands do not put much branding on their stuff and usually come in solid colors without any graphic design. My recommendations for a good T shirt would be the same whether you wanted it explicitly blank or not.
