fred feature request:
react to messages containing attachments with an emoji that indicates status, ex:
- I found something
- I scanned the log and found nothing
- I scanned the log, but it was too big so I gave up
- I hit an error when scanning the log
make an issue, I'll get to it on the 7th sunday of never
