Game capture only shows 30fps in OBS
As it's says in the title, any 60fps game with the game capture source only shows as 30 in OBS. Any reason why this is?

How are you determining the “actual” framerate?
I'm looking at the scene in OBS at times while playing, and I can visibly see the framerate in the OBS scene is no more than half of what the game is running at.
The preview isn't meant to be an entirely accurate reflection of what obs is capturing
You should do a recording and verify that instead
It isn't just the preview either, I've been noticing it in recordings.

Well that log up there is a pain in the balls to get through because of the spam
Capture card or something having a fit which makes me nope out of reading it real fast
Ok, so apparently MPC-BE just has trouble when moving forward and backward. The recordings scrub fine in Resolve, and play back at 60fps.
