If you don't know, I logged into my account after 3-4 months
And I saw someone in my account. I tried changing account password(google play BTW) and log out from all devices.
He's still can use my account.
I cant link because I need to be in the acc for about 15 days

Please make sure that the information is accurate, otherwise the customer service will not be able to verify that you are the rightful owner of the account....

You should put fake claims as the other person has been logging in to your account and his device would have become trusted , if his claim is accepted then your account will be gone , be sure to put fake claims both ingame and outside

Also can you tell me what to do to approve my recovery ?
According to my experience claims are accepted which are made on devices that have logged in for 15 days
By fake claim i mean that every user has 1 chance to claim per week so you should waste it so the scammer cannot appeal . Hope u understand
By Ingame claim i mean those claims which are made from settings when you are logged into your account and outside i mean which are made on the login page

I dont have much info about your account , like what logins are linked and which one of them is yours and which one is the scammer's
Based on that i can advise something
Only google play is linked and he logged in using Google play
Why dont you just secure your google account ?

Changed password and log him out of the Google account

He must have added his recovery number by which he is able to log in
