Cant see chat on xbox stream
I stream on twitch on my xbox and i went to set up the overlay for my chat but when i started streaming i did not see my chat at all, any idea why?

you still have to view your chat on another device like a phone or laptop
my overlays wont show at all including my chat one. I have checked on other devices and there is nothing
same happening to me^, had my overlay working perfectly, then added the chat widget, and then the overlay no longer worked at all when trying to restart the stream to include the chat widget.

i am not, was testing it out about an hour ago and everything was working fine, then i added the chat widget.
once i removed the chat widget, the overlay displayed perfectly as it was before the widget

does it display correctly in the builder or is it just on your stream?
it is correct when customizing, but when i stream with the chat widget enabled, the overlay does not show up at all
i had to delete the chat widget in the builder and restart stream to get the overlay to return in the stream

So it's not possible to see the overlay on my TV only if I'm watching the stream on another device, why?
Because that would have to be integrated into xbox or playstation, we use the twitch extension platform to show your overlay and chat
