You should send your
latest.log file to provide additional useful information.
Logs are located in the .minecraft/logs directory.
On Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\logs
On Linux: ~/.minecraft/logswhat's your vanilla render distance?
does the issue do away after standing still and waiting?
looks to be an overdraw issue

i think their vanilla rd is too high and chunk loading can't keep up
