My login was restricted due to missing UC after a refund process. The required UC has been replaced, but I still can't log in.

Is there any chance you can help me solve this problem..
Contact in-game support. If you have a valid reason for your refund, they may unban your ID. Don't make the same mistake again. If you added UC, make sure you are certain before buying UC next time.
I can’t contact in-game support .. there is no file
