Please change the password for your Google account (and all other linked platforms) as soon as possible and also enable secondary verification for it.
Once you have done that, log out of your PUBG MOBILE account from all devices one time, the unauthorized user should not be able to access your account.
If the hacker has another way to access your account besides your Google account, you may also try submitting an Account Recovery request from the login menu of the game using the Help option located at the top right side of the screen....

Do you know how the hacker gained access to your account? Did they link their own social media platforms or e-mail to your account?
they logged in to my social media account( Google play )

Make sure that you submit your claim on the device you used most frequently to log into the game and provide as many information as possible.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation on the official support subreddit.
I changed the Gmail password and did log out from all devices. I just think if he has access to the account. @delfin🐬 ( sorry for 2nd mention )
Also i cant enable secondary verification cause I need to stay in my account for 15 days after log in
I suggest enabling 2-step verification for your Google account as well, just to be on the safe side.
You can see the devices and login methods used to access your account from Settings > Account > Recent Account Security Activity, that means you can check if the hacker is still able to access your account after you logged out from all devices.
If the hacker is still able to access your account you can take further steps, like the ones I mentioned in my previous message, to ensure your account's safety. Hope this helps!
Sure will do! Thanks
It's still showing unusual login.
You can see the login dates. Is the unusual login before or after you logged out of all devices?
Before
Then that means the hacker has not been able to access your account after you logged out of all devices. It is a good idea to continue to monitor the recent account logins until you are able to enable secondary verification for your PUBG MOBILE account.
You may also consider unlinking your Google account from your PUBG MOBILE account and adding another social media platform link instead.
But something seems off. He logged in, in 20th May and it changed to 22th may in settings
Does the login made on 2024/05/22 not belong to you, @Flux? You can check the device name and login method to compare.
Nope. Not me
I cant see the device name
And the login method is the same
If it's not you then feel free to submit an Account Recovery request via the method mentioned above. If the claim is successful, all linked login methods will be removed from your account and the email address which you used to submit the claim will be linked to your account instead. If you need further assistance regarding this, please reach out to the customer service again.
WAITTT!! I almost forgot. I did the recovery thingy and when I try to add a Gmail it says you can't use _
Most email providers do not let you use an underscore in email addresses. You can try to submit an email address that does not contain an underscore.
Oh ok
Ok I did account recovery. Now I need to wait for 1 week ?
Yep, your claim results will be sent to the e-mail address you submitted on the Account Recovery tool within 7 business days.
Ok. Thanks for the help 😄
