can someone help me to unbanned my account
Hi im a streamer and i spent a lot money on my main 5842201806. I spent alot money and recently i added $600 worth of uc and i don’t know why i get banned. I invested so much money into this game and i been in debt recently i just pay off $20,000. Live in America its already have a stressful life. I got insulted by two teenagers boys and scammed my account. I dealing tough time. I complained to pubg customer service and pubg didnt do anything. I just want my account unbanned. Midasbuy im vip 8 membership my 7 event i have 7 gems and its about to be expire. 😭😭😭😭 can anyone help me to unbanned

Hello, @bellax! Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. You can use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or by sending an e-mail to service@pubgmobile.com.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation on the official support subreddit....

You have refunded ur uc so you have to pay that exact amount back to pubg for it to be unbanned

I still get banned
Credit card without my consent dispute the charges
I wrote the email and no one replied

How did u pay off before contact pubg ? You’re meant to contact them first then they will give u a date and tell you to pay off the refunded amount then ur account will be unbanned
Contact them from the game
I never done it before but hopefully someone here will guide you and tell you the steps but I’m sure u meant to contact them from the game
They deducted uc and then they just banned me

Well atleast it’s not 1 year or 10 year banned just wait until the banned is lifted it’s only 30 days and the new mode is trash anyways 😂
