Hello, @azura. You need to reach Ace rank or above in 8 of the last 10 seasons to meet this requirement.
Example:
Let's say we are currently in Season 14. You will need to reach Ace rank or higher in 8 seasons between Season 4 - Season 13. ...

If you haven’t done ace past seasons
You have to do 8 ace so around 8 seasons
I have done once
This season might be the second time
So 6 more ace

Example:
Let's say we are currently in Season 14. You will need to reach Ace rank or higher in 8 seasons between Season 4 - Season 13.
You also need to fulfill the rest of the requirements outlined in the image below to be able to apply to become an investigator for the in-game security center.
