Shader is outdated for Iris 1.7. You need to report to the dev their shader pack failed to load on Iris 1.7 and give them your game logs.
Good luck though. Chocapic13 (the guy) is pursuing PhD and there's no sign of his activity since... 3 years now?

If you're skillful in shaders development, yes. Otherwise, your best alternative is #Bliss, a Chocapic13 shaders edit.
