I believe me and cloud are on the same ISP as this
yeah I see the same problem on both ISPs ( Awasr + OmanTel ) but as example, players on Ooredoo Oman should be fine nevermind they have issues to Dubai:val_KekwSob: , did this happened 4 days ago as Nas mentioned to you as well ? I would suggest reaching out to your ISPs as well and ask them about what happened that you have now bad latency and to resolve it ASAP. I already reached out to some of the ISPs for a potentional fix

I asked our isp they said the issue isnt them but the game since every other game ping is low
did the ip worked for you or i should wait longer ?
it happened like idk 3-4 days ago in the evening i was in a comp match then my ping randomly went to 150

talked to Ooredoo and they accepted our fix so those lads are now fixed towards Dubai at least. I know you all on different ISPs but that one is more complicated and communication takes time, so hold your horses folks I guarantee you we are doing our best to fix this for you

Also my ping towards dubai has always been above 100 ping, never thought i could get connected to dubai if i were to be using ooredoo

But its ping was never below 100
Bahrain was the only server that had 20 ping
your ISP routing towards our gameserver IP ranges is incorrect, it takes a longer path to reach than Bahrain, which shouldn't be the case we are trying to fix that with them

dubai has always been 100+ ping, but i have better ping on dubai than bahrain now 😭 i dont know how but hey i guess i can play now

ok good news then guys! Bahrain was outside Riots routing optimization so that one is solely on your internet providers and Amazon ISPs, we only provide servers there while others we have control over how our servers receive the traffic from players.
I managed to speak with Zain Omantel, these guys are providing internet services and data transport to Dubai from Oman, we have optimized the route quite a bit, can you have a look if your connection is better towards Dubai ? Change was made about 1hr ago
Awasr Oman ISP also needs to be checked if that improved them, still working on that one
