Why does my ping randomly get really high?
Don't know what causes it... I'm not downloading anything it just randomly comes and goes

1- about 5 weeks ago.
2- I play in Erbil/Iraq on Frankfurt servers. How do I find my isp?
1. 1 or 2 month ago
2. Indonesia playing on SG server

but lobby ping is very wasalam
make queue very slow
Sameee my queue takes over 4 minutes
mine took 10 sec

what network you paying for
1. Not exactly sure but a couple of weeks ago. It started happening quite recently. I even reset my pc and all but nothing.
2. Sweden. All servers get bad ping when this happens

Lemme check with one of the network engineers if they're looking at Sandnet, they've got a big ole list right now. The engineers in Ireland have signed off and the engineers in Sydney should be getting on in a few.

Cool can you DM me a traceroute to 162.249.72.1? I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary with SandNet as a whole, other people are averaging around 10ms to the Stockholm game servers. My guess is they might be sending you on a weird path. We can help reach out to them if they are.

Gunna hand this one off to one of our network engineers. @Kenji-San noticed some packet loss for SandNet. He's going to start a chat with them.
@IceyBird I am in touch with Sandviken, trying to fix this one for you folks. that being said and while we wait I have not seen any packetloss since yesterday around 4pm via Sandviken. ping is pretty good so far about 9ms on Average to Stockholm servers. When Sandviken applies the fix we should have this more stable overall 🤞
Yeah it only happens like every other or third day for a few hours for some reason but it’s unplayable when it does happen

@IceyBird hey, Sandvik havnt responded to any of our good 3 emails at this stage, so unfortunately there is very little we can do if they dont cooperate, I suggest your file a complain directly to their support. I see those spikes you are mentioning, not cool brother

just file a complain saying that your ping is elevated towards Riot games servers in Europe, feel free to mention that Riot engineering mentioned that they are trying to reach them with zero replies
I've just started getting this. Started yesterday. I play in U.S. East Virginia servers. In lobbies I've seen other people complaining too. My ISP is xfinity. Not really a ping difference but I get random lag spikes every 5-30 seconds. Never had this happen before.

i got the same problem i play frankfurt in morocco tanger there nothing wrong eith my internet it just server it transfered me tk barhain servers
it like 200 ping from 40

162.249.75.1 I think your ISP made some recent changes to their routing, which resulted in this abomination of a ping :util_Cross:I did dm you
^ The ISP is part of the group called YemenNet and I have reached out to them to see if we optimize the routes. Dont expect answer until next week though
