Yo wtf is up with this. I literally can't send popularity to anyone. Someone please fix this for me

I'm level 46 or 47 i think. Other people can send me popularity even if they don't play with me but I can't send it to anyoneðŸ˜ðŸ˜

You must to spend 15 minutes in battle in a day
But other people send me pop all the time, even if i have never played with them
You don't have to play with them, but spend 15 minutes in any mode
Reach clout level 8+ then you dont need to play.
Clout increase by sending pops to other players. Other than chickens
How do i check what my clout is right now?
