I'm having the exact same issue! Severe tearing with a frame cap of 230fps, 240hz G-sync monitor, g-sync enabled on my RTX 4080 Super. Turning on V-sync has no effect, and neither does using different shaders. It does seem like it gets worse as the shader settings quality is increased, but I'm not totally sure about that. The only thing that stops the screen tearing is disabling shaders or disabling Full Screen. Is this framerate related maybe? Nevermind, I figured it out! @sosirz, if you're still having this issue, or anyone else who finds this, here's how I fixed my issue: For some reason, the resolution in Minecraft was set to 1920x1080@60hz when I'm using a 240hz monitor. So whenever I used Minecraft in Full Screen, my GPU and Monitor would therefore switch to 1920x1080@60hz. G-Sync doesn't work above the refresh rate of the monitor, so anything above 60fps was going to tear. I didn't notice the resolution for a long time since that setting is hidden in the Sodium Video Settings menu. To access the vanilla Video Settings menu, open Video Settings and press Shift+P. The resolution will be listed at the top, be sure it says exactly what your monitor's native resolution and refresh rate is. Hope this works for you!

:harold: Fullscreen mode set to Current sure cause a lot of issues with high refresh rate monitors.
