I’m Trying To Recover My Old PUBGM Account But I Just Received An Email Back Saying My Information Has Not Been Accepted When I Literally Gave Them The Answers To The Best Of My Ability Because I Deleted The Social Account Linked To The Account Without Even Thinking So I Haven’t Had Access To The Account In A While. I Gave Them Some Answers And They Saying My Information Hasn’t Been Accepted Like Huh? This Support System Is So Terrible. So They Just Gone Leave My Old Account Sitting There Forever? I Don’t Even Spend Game On This Money No More Anyway So They Don’t Get Money Out Of Me. I Just Wanted My Old Account Back But They Don’t Even Want To Give It Back To Me!!!

Please submit another claim through the login menu of the game using the Help option located at the top right side of the screen.
This time make sure that you submit your claim on the device you used most frequently to log into the game and provide as many information as possible.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation on the official support subreddit, @Garçon....

Thanks I Have To Wait Til Tomorrow To Make Another Claim & I Should’ve Used The Other Device From The Beginning Because Its My Account I Just Deleted The Social Without Thinking & For 2 Years Its Been Sitting & I Need The Account Back… My Device Should Tell Ya’ll Its My Account Because Of How Long I Played On It & I Forgot Some Names I Had On The Account But I Promise Its My Account Just Deleted The Social
