After i update pubg in play store and open it i stuck at the loading screen.with a text( downloading obb service is running)

Yeah, it's easy to fix. You face this issue whenever you download only the ".apk" from a third-party provider.
Note: Installing apps from third-party providers may lead to a ban, so don't do it again.
If your loading screen pauses and shows "Downloading OBB service running," it means you haven't installed the OBB files. The game is now downloading the OBB from the server, so make sure you have a reliable network connection, such as WiFi or 5G. @JoJo...
