Hello. I just have a question which is is there any way pubg unban me? I played pubg in unrooted phone and even the bootloader is locked ( i searched that if having root it might give ban in the game ) and I got banned for throwing a Molotov cocktail on a player behind a tree. The ban i received is 10 year!! 10 years for throwing Molotov cocktail on player.

Hello, @v9y_7! Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. You can use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or by sending an e-mail to service@pubgmobile.com.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation on the official support subreddit....
