High ping on European servers :(
2 weeks ago my ping increased and it became impossible to play. i have a stable internet and haven’t had such problems with ping in 1.5 years of playing Valorant. in Warsaw it used to be 30, it became 70-90, Frankfurt increased from 50 to 100. i contacted the game support, but they didn’t help me 😦 i tried to contact my internet provider, but they don’t answer. i also contacted in discord and they didn’t answer me.. please help

did you contact support or your provider?

definitely not half the players, there are some edge cases for players that's negatively impacted by some recent changes. We are working with them to resolve it. If you are one of them feel free to share more details regarding your provider and location. If you just want to rant, please continue as you are.
idk brother i play frankfurt every single game i play there are atleast 3-4 players with 80 ping , idk what more info i should give u rather than that my ISP is Bezeq

Don’t be impatient, many people have similar issues too. Give them time

We have about 120 different ISPs we are working on fixing. All this takes time to negotiate with each individual provider, and the hardest part is to get them to respond to us in the first place. If you are continuing to have issues, please reach out to your provider. If they are aware of latency issues from their customer, they are generally more proactively trying to help.
@murumuru I am in touch with your ISP we are trying to fix this, as Jimz mentioned its not that easy and sometimes takes days for the ISP to even reply, but you get the "good ones" that cooperate and genuinely want to restore their customer problems. WORK IN PROGRESS

we can maybe improve this a bit once your ISP checks their end. but good to have it dropped, nice one!

@Kenji-San @Jimz what about BEZEQ in israel? we're experiencing the same problem used to play with 50 now its 80~ and my ping even jumps higher to 120 and goes back to 70 , this is annoying af.

@Kenji-San best server for us is frankfurt we used to play here with 55~ ping but since a month ago or abit less we're playing on 80~ ping and it jumps to 140 always
