high ping when i had low ping
so i was playing on 75 to 80 in cape town and bahrian but now im getting 400 and 190 in capetown and bahrian respectively, someone pls help me

i havent played on my normal ping for over a week now
hey Diablo, unfortunately we don't much options to modify the routing towards Capetown as the traffic goes via AWS ( Amazon) instead of our network... You will need to raise it and work with your internet provider in order to correct it
but ive been playing on 80 ping before
what could be the problem tho?

You need to speak to your provider, they have a connection somewhere to Amazon, maybe your provider is sending your packets long way towards Amazon that is usually the issue. We only provide servers in Capetown, other locations like for example Dubai or Frankfurt where we have our own datacenter where other internet providers connects to us, so we can influence the traffic towards the servers, while in Capetown we dont have our own datacenter, we are only providing servers for Valorant players to play in Amazon network, Hopefully that make sense. I am sorry to hear about the latency increase but your provider should be able to help with this
