You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification....

I don't have my ID and the person changed my nickname and blocked all my friends , so I really don't have a nickname or ID , but I do have a lot of screenshots since ever. Even the email that said that my account is linked to another email which is not mine
You will need the user identification of the account to be able to submit an account recovery request, @MOONCAKE. This is your own responsibility to find it out. What we can suggest is to ask your friends about your user identification, or try to look for your old screenshots. You can also try searching for your account in the recent interactions or popularity of another player.
I did find it and tried. But I couldn't ? Mind explaining ?
If you submitted an account recovery request before, and it was approved, you cannot submit another account recovery request before 3 months, @MOONCAKE.

I can't believe U let those hackers take account without any punishment. + U can see in his friend who react to him that they re an organisation, I even have their email
It's just not right. I prefer it being completely blocked than taken by someone else
So it's been used in Algeria since 2016 to 2023 . And suddenly it's Ukraine ? And it s normal for U guys ?
Can I at least report him for hacking ?
