@error u my only hope of saving my account please tell my if the uc i sent did anything 😭 whenever i email pubg support they tell me they tell me they cant tell me how much left i have to pay due to privacy reasons and i can prove my ownership tho and there is no claim option for me (the video might be old but still i have the same problem)

Hello, @Daddy Owl 😍! Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. You can use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation on the official support subreddit....
