I'm order to delete my pubg mobile account, I need to enter my exact account registration date. My account registration date is not saved anywhere. There is no way to find my account registration date, so why would you ask for this. How do I delete my pubg mobile account.

I have contacted customer service several times. Customer service replied with
-We can not help you due to privacy rules.- Customer service stated that i should continue to try and find my exact account creation date on my own. So its not resolved.
