Unjustly Banned

Pubg mobile uc banned the account. Even though there is no retraction. Can you remove the obstacle?

Hello, @Nicat! Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.

If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or through this email: service@pubgmobile.com.

If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification and wait patiently for a response.

I have not violated the terms of service. I contacted the bank and they said they are not refunding. My account has been blocked for no reason.

There are checks of the payment charged to the account. The payment was not withdrawn, but my account was blocked for 1 year.
