OuterWear Advice
Its currently summer in my place and I plan to buy an outerwear that looks casual & comfortable enough but with timeless aesthetics.
Saw this AIRism Cotton Full Open Short Sleeve Polo Shirt (Open Collar) from online and heard about how ita Airism is comfortable in hot weather.
Is this worth it?
PS: Im currently in college and I've also been more aware with fashion (not fast fashion) but timeless...

This looks fine but Uniqlo is 100% some version of fast fashion, but if that's important is going to depend on why fast fashion bothers you.
ou ic
college life is already expensive enough
wanted to treat these as little investments
thats y i aimed for clothes that still look good after years or so
This looks fine, the airism material doesn't age that well in experience.
alr
what do u recommend as an alt?
not too cheap that sacrifices quality|not to exp thatll drain my wallet
The cotton linen blend camp collar Uniqlo has will probably age better than airism.

It's described as "COTTON LINEN BLEND SHORT SLEEVED SHIRT (OPEN COLLAR)" on Uniqlo UK.
Get some overshirt or blazer in linen
too formal imo
just need one to go out with friends
to celebrate post-final exam week :astrocat:
a specific number would help here imo
this feels reasonable: wear it open over a shirt in summer, wear it buttoned in winter https://www.uniqlo.com/us/en/products/E462092-000/00?colorDisplayCode=56&sizeDisplayCode=004

nice
btw isnt that too hot for the summer heat
currently (temporarily) staying in SE asia due to relatives
real hot rn
it is billed as lightweight and in my experience uniqlo stuff is lighter than expected
you can roll up the sleeves if it's warm for what it's worth. it seems like a good layer if you're in a part of SE Asia where they blast AC indoors because you don't have to go through the hassle of changing clothes
