Wrong Luxury Furniture in Wheel

Just moments ago I spun the wheel, to try and get that fireplace, I rolled 10 a couple of times, and I was awarded the Luxury Atrium Fountain, but it is not shown on the wheel. Is it normal to have different items on the wheel but not able to obtain?
