Absurdly high ping in the Netherlands

I used to get insane ping spikes like this every now and then but they'd fade away. I went on this server and asked for help before and someone sent me a bunch of instructions and commands on what to do to solve it in CMD. It used to work, but now even that doesn't work anymore. I have no lag spikes or bad ping in any other game, just Valorant. What do I do?

Yo @Nxmeron I assume you live in Netherlands, can you share who is your internet provider ?

Yes I do. My provider is Ziggo I think about 20min after I posted this my ping went back to normal, which is around 18 It usually spikes like this for only a short while every now and then but it's been more frequent lately as well as longer when it happens
