Constant High Ping since September 2023
Hello, I have started playing VALORANT in April 2022 and have not faced a single ping/connectivity (Ping being 10-15ms) issue until September 2023. From Sep 2023 onwards, for some reaseon, I have been constantly facing a higher than average ping ( 40-50ms) with inconsistent very high jitters ( +50to +100ms jitters). I have contacted my ISP( ACT Fibernet) , have given them my WinMTR, traceroute results and apparently they dont seem to understand the issue in the first place. I have even done fresh installing windows and have not fondled with any of router or my network settings. My every effort has gone in vain. Therefore, I request you to please investigate this issue and solve it. I am also putting up LOGS for my trace route to the Riot Servers just in case. Thank you

Hey Kenji! I just wanted to ask you if this current fix from your end is permanent or no , because I still cant believe I am able to play on latencies at low 20s šš. I am just happy . Once again, Thank you and @Jimz for this

Hi @Jimz @Kenji-San , sorry for the uninformed ping. I see a lot of people having issues with mumbai servers from players playing from other regions. Since I play on the native region where mumbai servers are located, am I in danger of losing my general 10-20 ms latencies of ping? Sorry i'm just worried and paranoid.
Calm down Zen, you won't lose anything, we are in the process of fixing everyone's routing problems, just takes time :val_PeepoSad:

India is been worked on, since there's been an increase in quality issues with providers. In your case, if it's not broken, it shouldn't be impacted.
