Need help from tencent asap
Please help, I cant open a support form so im writing it here. its been months since ive tried to contact CS and all my request has been rejected but right now i managed to log back onto my hacked account since the hacker turned off secondary vertification for reasons I am fully convinced that this russian dude is trying to sell my account. Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now....

Try to change Facebook and all pass on secondary verification and turn off match history and popularity It might help cause it helped me to save my old account
I cant, the dude linked all his emails and number already, social account linking also doesn't work cause it doesn't recognize my device
that’s impossible, unless the person has logged into the account for more than 15 days.
If he got email and number linked it’s over
he has logged in since december 2023 man, when he first got on he unlinked all my emails , then the 15days period started, i contacted cs and they cleared the emails while i was asleep due to timezone, the hacker then simply linked it all while i was hapily dreaming
nothing i can do anymore man, i dont even wanna start this topic anymore

It’s sad but that’s how it is, always make sure you link your number to your account.
im literally put the phone idle on pubg to keep that guy from loggin in rn

Welp , i have to wait to 13days to unlink or see what CS responds with. Dont know when the hacker will turn on secondary verti to kick me out again
