After deploys I get the "App is not responding" screen for around 30 seconds

Hi all, just asking if this is (supposed to be) normal... I have a healthcheck in my service that I can see in the logs Railway is waiting on. So I'm a bit confused. Does Railway not do zero-downtime deployments and is this expected? Or is this something I should investigate in my app?
Solution:
then you cant have zero downtime deployments with a volume as railways prevents two services from being active at the same time to prevent data corruption
