hey there, we noticed this app was receiving a huge amount of requests that appeared to be malicious. this led to the service being taken offline temporarily to mitigate issues
also - generally, this level of traffic/usage is well beyond that of a hobby plan, if you need to accommodate this load, let us know!
I'm trying to put the top plan but when I sign my whole project and my files get deleted
please explain more, why do you think your project got deleted?
When I sign up for the better plan, it seems to put me on a team account, so I have to redo everything from scratch

thats not true, you can transfer your entire railway project over to the team workspace from within the railway projects settings.
Can I upgrade here and everything will be maintained?

im sorry to say this but it seems either you or whoever set your project up has severally misconfigured something

I would recommend deploying a new template but try not to tamper with anything this time
