can't find match
my friend and I can't get any match for these past few days. we searched for more than 15mins but still no match. is there any reason why? should I reinstall the game?

Match making duration depends on how many players are currently matching/playing in that specific mode, map, perspective combination and timing in your selected server, if there are not enough players, your match making time will be longer than usual. If you are unable to get into a match, please try again in a different time.

can you try waiting for 5-10 mins and see if match does no start ?
it usually takes time to create lobbies on low ranks .
I waited for almost 20mins but still no match. :/
have you tried turning off matching by language?
