Does anyone know why my DH is not working properly?

I am playing on 1.20.4 with the latest iris and DH versions. I am using bliss shaders in the picture

Preferably you set your GUI scale to 2 instead of Auto.

Everything seems to be working as intended. You may want to wait for a bit for DH chunks to start appearing.

Hey, my case is basically the same as OPs but I’m on 1.20.6 with the lastest iris version etc., and the distant horizons LOD’s won’t load, it’s only my vanilla chunks that load, I have all my distant horizons settings on default.

Fix the visual doppler effect with DH

If your game has a visual "hall of mirrors" effect with Distant Horizons you may fix it by going to: Distant Horizons Config › Advanced › Graphics › Render Quality › Transparency = Complete

Your allocated memory is 2 GB, which is not enough for Distant Horizons to run smoothly. Set it to 4 GB or higher via JVM Arguments in your launcher profile settings.

DH renderer crashes if you disable it while running shaders. Issue currently being tracked on DH side I believe.

For the time being, do not disable DH renderer while running shaders, or disable shaders before disabling DH renderer.

i think i fixed it, all i did was add the main bliss shaders to the appdata shaderpack folder. slooshie sent this solution in the dh help chat. link: https://github.com/X0nk/Bliss-Shader/archive/refs/heads/main.zip
