hacked need help
I have tried to Contact pub G as to why they keep denying my request the account has been marked as Suspicious. Someone from Indonesia accessed my account. I have the email showing the new device was logged in and then they change the authorization link to include their phone. I have been denied twice and I’m getting concerned about my identity. I would love my account back as I have had it for 4 years but at this point I’m concerned someone is using my identity.

Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now....

Have you submitted for account recovery before?
Do you ever click pishing link from world chat or fake website or any link before?
I did click a pishing link in April
This is my first time in all the years I’ve played that I got my account hacked and submitted a claim
Usually wait 30 days to get email from PUBG, as long as all the procedures have been completed it will most likely return , because my friend account back after 30 days before , so good luck 👍
