My game stutters a bit when using shaders
When I use my shader I get good fps but I can still feel something but I don't know what it is I think its stuttering and I need to fix this so I can do PVP

my monitors refresh rate is 165 so I souldent feel anything
it seems like setting my cpu render ahead limit to 6 frames helped along with setting chunk update threads to 1 thread
do you have vsync enabled?

Setting the render ahead limit is the way to go.
I'd recommend not setting the thread builder to 1 tho as this will slow down chunk building.
Instead set it to default and then just use a chunk pregen mod for normal worlds
On pvp multiplayer it isn't needed because the chunks are already pregenerated
On 3rd party servers
