I can’t activate the extension from my Twitch Dashboard
I only use Chrome; I followed your guide about The Extension Permission, and nothing seems to work 😕
I am on Mac though, which might be problem, but I don’t know 😅
I’d love some help on this, thank you 🫶🏼

If you can sign in, that should give the extension all the permissions it needs so I don’t think you need to toggle that permission on the dashboard
But my overlays aren’t showing when I stream
Can you post a screenshot when next you’re live?
I followed this guy’s video on Youtube, and as you can see under his extensions, he has it installed
And for him it works:

And then send a screenshot that I can see the overlay on my Mac chrome browser, but not on my phone on the Twitch app.
I stream directly from my ps4 to Twitch, so I use my phone to see chat
The Twitch app doesn’t support overlay extensions

No I know, but my Twitch chat doesn’t see it at all
And neither did I on my browser
Can I stream and send you my link?
As you can see, my overlays are showing
And this is on my iPhone safari
No overlay
The Twitch mobile site also doesn’t support extensions
But the extension says so?
My boyfriend is opening up my stream on his pc
He will send me screenshots of my steam in his pc, with his own login
It works on PC, just not mobile
But the overlay says so 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
That’s annoying. I guess, I’ll find another extension, that does work for both mobile and pc then
Twitch defines extension mobile support as a panel that opens below the stream on the Twitch app and Overlay Expert has this so that’s why you see the “mobile” tag. All other extensions will be the same.
