Distant Horizons Renderer has encountered an exception! FloatBuffer
I'm playing Fabric 1.20.1 in a Singeplayer world and I'm using this file download from the Iris Project discord in my mods: https://github.com/IrisShaders/Iris-Installer-Files/releases/latest/download/Iris-Sodium-Beta-1.20.1.zip.
I played with this for the past week and didn't have any problems until yesterday when I had my first error, which was fine I just deleted the toml file and started playing again. but today I got an error that said something along the lines of "DH2.0 not found, but Fabric claims its there." I preceded to update to a newer version of Iris, the LODs weren't building so I deleted Iris and reverted back to the file link above. Ever since then I've been getting the error in the picture every time I go to turn off DH in the options screen.

update iris to latest version, and download dh 2.0.4 from this link https://gitlab.com/jeseibel/distant-horizons/-/jobs/6827576162/artifacts/download?file_type=archive

I read in the Iris discord that it might be caused by a sqlite file problem, would I need to delete all of these?
So let me get this straight, you have folders for logs, config, and resourcepacks inside the mods folder?

There's nothing actually in them for whatever reason, not quite sure how they got there
Doing so now
I do have another question, when I first used DH around a week ago, I loaded into a world and as expected I had to fly around and load chunks manually for the mod to actually work, but when I left and then rejoined the world I could see many chunks that I had never rendered from far away, and my LOD render distance was set to I believe only 250, but after deleting my toml file for a second time I haven't been been able to replicate that instance. Any idea on how that happened in the first place and why I cant get it to happen again?
Besides that so far so good! I can turn the rendering off without any mishaps. If I encounter any snags along the way ill relay back to you, until then, Ill mark this as solved. Thank you for the help.
might be related, but initial lod loading when rejoin the world would not display the whole lod radius (in 1 or 2 directions that it missed the 10-20% of the border)
other than that, that shouldnt happen
Huh, interesting
what do i do if this happen in latest DH and Iris versions?
update both DH and iris to the latest stable versions
unless it auto updated, im pretty sure its alr latest stable version
see if it maybe updated you to DH 2.1.3, which is incompatible with iris atm. use 2.1.2 instead. if that's not the case, make a new #help-me please
i have this version, but i alr fixed problem by reloading game (exiting mc and re opening it with launcher)
Weird, but alright
