need help on this issue i have medical record and with relation ship manager i have created vitalsign record and the i want to get the table inside medical record edit the vital table by user id not by medical record id mean example i have medical record 51 and 51 id belongs to user id 5 so i need when i open the medical record id 51 also i want to get the id 50 records becues both 51 and 50 belongs to user id 5
