I want my account back i please need you guys help i had done multiple claims on my account and did report it now i saw that my account is also being banned due it violations which i did not do on my own

Hello @Darkness, If you have already submitted a request to customer service, Please wait patiently for a response. It may take some time (Up to 7 days or more) due to enormous number of requests every day.
Ah i shall await but ive had done before mutliple more claims but they all were failed while i answered it truthfully and i even have uc purchase claims . videos. pictures. that i own that account its has been stolen for a long time i really would want it back @zieeyy

also you may need all of your previously used names.
I had a History of purchase last time in 2019, it also helped (kinda?)
also play a several match a day to the game verify the device. and current rank when you as highest tier
