Crosshairs getting deleted

Recently every few days or so, all my crosshair profiles have been randomly deleted. My friend has been having the same issue, so I was wondering if it’s happening to everyone and whether there’s a reason as to why it’s happening

It's a bug, Riot Games said "We're aiming to stop your crosshair profiles from disappearing with a fix on Patch 8.09, though this update will not restore your crosshair profiles." So they're working on it right now
