I have submitted an account claim report but its been 7 days and claim report has been processed but i didnt get any information or reply from pubg about my account recovery report

Can you try to log in using the verification code method using the email you provided to the in-game customer service when submitting the account recovery request?

Yes i gave the right email thats why i get the claim number code on that email
