You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.

If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now.

My account is a terrible incident in our country. I tried to log in after February 6, 2023 and lost my account even though my account was connected to Facebook. My account was taken over by an Arab citizen and I was not informed of this, and my Facebook account is still there, it was not stolen, but my Pubg Mobile account was stolen. All the data of my account, screenshots, content, purchases are all available. Even though I made a support request within the Pubg game many times, no one was interested and I always received a negative response. He even knows the royal pass rewards in my account, I can declare them as much as I remember and can pass them all on to you. To put it simply, although my account's server was European, it was changed to an Arab server. While my account was not logged into any country other than Turkey, it was constantly logged in outside Turkey after me.
