Hello, my account has been hacked. I want to open a support request about it. When can I open it? I cannot send a message to the support channel.

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now....

Have you tried to create a post through #support and the official support subreddit?
I have contacted the support in Pubg Mobile many times, but there is no positive response, many times, even though I share all my data, they are treated from the beginning.

How do I create it? I just created a support request from the account stolen section in pubg mobile.
Click on the blue wordings, on the above message,
support and the official support subreddit. Then you will be navigated to the channel or subreddit.I think support is disabled right now and I can't send messages to the channel.
