the uniform frameTimeCounter doesnt work when I looking down for some reasons

Whatever I have in my shader which is dependent on the uniform float frameTimeCounter just stops gradually the more i look downwards or upwards. This doesnt happen if I have my F3 menu open however. Im down to hop into a call to screenshare if you need any visual insight.

That is a very odd problem I am not really sure what could be doing that really
