Graduating tomorrow.
Navy blue robes/regalia.
The question is, do I wear black slacks and black shoes underneath, or dark brown shoes and navy slacks?

It will be helpful if you can post pics of the options you're considering, preferably wearing them. Hard to know otherwise. That said, navy on navy is difficult if they are too similar but not perfect matches.
Either one tbh. I might tend towards the black just for contrast
