Wave of bans 03.01.2022
Good morning moderation, my account got banned like 2 years ago when was a wave of bans. My UID is 5192120289. I want to know is there any ways to unban or get some info about my account? I was playing hard in 2021 and donated like 2000$ on my account. I was trying to unban it for month when i only got a ban and now i want to try again. If you need some proves i will send it to you. Thanks for paying attention to my question.

Hello, @solipause! Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. You can use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation on the official support subreddit....
