Complain about banning

This is my 2nd complaint about your banning system. I totally cannot accept you banned me for 10 years, the reason is data modification for cheating. I swear, I never know how to modify data or cheat. I always enjoy playing fairly with my moderate skill in PUBG, my KD is only 2,4, which means I only kill 2-3 people or both per match, my shot accuration is also moderate.
Please check it again, because it is very strange if PUBG identifies an ordinary player as a cheater. Please bring me back, bring justice to your old player who never cheated!

Hello, @Ferdina! Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. You can use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation on the official support subreddit....

What kind of claim should I attach? My last claim failed. I don't know what is wrong with my account, I play normally.
